It all begins when you contact us with your idea or desire for your paint job. You can contact us by phone, email, or in person. Give us the best description of what you would like and when you would like it. 
 
Once we have a general idea for your paint job, we will make sure it is the same as yours. When we are at the same understanding, we will discuss preliminary monetary amounts and see if we both want to continue. 
 
Next, we will submit a preliminary concept and requests for your approval. After approval we will complete the price negotiations, time requirements, and delivery or shipping arrangements. 
 
Before we start painting/airbrushing, we will submit the test panel for approval and a request for an agreement signature.

 
After everything is agreed, we do the work. We will keep you updated throughout the process with progress reports and/or detailed questions. Our shop has an "open door" policy. You are welcome to stop in and check the status of your job at any time. 
 
Payment is required in full at time of shipping or pickup. 
 
You are left with the paint job of your dreams.
